Description

  • Identify and pursue key strategic opportunities in the commercial market.
  • Develop and execute capture plans from qualification through opportunity closure.
  • Create technical solutions and win strategies for large commercial pursuits.
  • Refine bid strategies and improve proposal readiness.
  • Gather, assess, and validate business and technical customer needs.
  • Work with business development, project management, and sales teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Develop contact plans and identify customer-wide IT parameters and constraints that affect the solution.
  • Analyze competition, market threats, and customer requirements to shape pursuit strategy.
  • Apply pricing and baseline pricing strategies to create competitive capture approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
