Description

  • Lead commercial operations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business and sales strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and strategic client partnerships.
  • Negotiate major deals and support revenue generation.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align market opportunities with company capabilities.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and track key commercial metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform pricing, process improvements, and business decisions.
  • Oversee budgets and use data to guide commercial priorities.
  • Lead and support remote collaboration across distributed teams and time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Experience hiring, training, and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong background in MedTech/Diagnostics or the life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of IVDR regulations.
  • Experience building and executing sales processes.
  • Experience setting pricing and creating multiple revenue streams.
  • Comfort with budgets, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting clearly, giving feedback, and listening actively.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience leading remote teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to communicate in German or another European language is a plus.
  • Based anywhere in Europe; the role is open to applicants in Europe.
