Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier mobile gaming partners with accountability for revenue growth and strategic impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships with clients.
  • Translate complex performance data into insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives that support growth opportunities.
  • Align advertiser objectives with monetisation strategy to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term value for clients and Unity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Performance Management, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver solutions and shape internal priorities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and bring client needs into Unity’s roadmap.
  • Lead high-stakes commercial conversations and support deal structuring and partnership expansion.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across User Acquisition, Monetisation, and LevelPlay mediation across Unity, ironSource, and Tapjoy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming and AdTech ecosystem roles.
  • Hands-on experience with User Acquisition growth strategies, monetisation optimisation, mediation, and LTV-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record as a strategic advisor delivering measurable impact for clients.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and prioritize markets and pipeline opportunities.
  • Experience leading executive-level conversations, negotiating complex commercial frameworks, and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across Product, Data, Finance, Operations, and Performance Management teams.
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be able to work without relocation support or work visa/immigration sponsorship.
