Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Counterpart Assistant across a portfolio of provider practices.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to support provider recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Help practices design effective in-office workflows and support clinical and non-clinical staff in platform adoption.
  • Oversee structured engagement plans to help providers maximize platform usage and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend interventions.
  • Influence adoption of Counterpart Assistant best practices across different primary care practice types.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to incorporate provider feedback and market trends into the offering.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform’s value to clinicians and practice staff.
  • Travel frequently to practices to foster relationships and support implementation.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving provider adoption and retention.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to support operational change.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows.
  • Proven experience implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
  • Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a primary care setting, as well as medical billing and reimbursement models.
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Must reside in San Antonio and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time, or up to 5 days a week to practices.
  • Preferred: understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
  • Preferred: experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
