Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners.
  • Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously.
  • Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in collaboration with the inbound team.
  • Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue.
  • Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results.
  • Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager.
  • Spanish at B1+ level and English at B1+ level.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients.
  • Results-driven, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and structure information effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
