Description

  • Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments for licensed sales agents.
  • Follow proven scripts and call processes to secure qualified appointments.
  • Log calls and prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Handle objections confidently to maintain strong conversion rates.
  • Work within designated calling windows while managing a full-time schedule.
  • Maintain consistent call volume and dialing activity to meet performance goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience is required.
  • Experience must be recent and in a sales appointment-setting role; inbound, customer service, or telemarketing-only backgrounds are not eligible.
  • Must live and work in the United States; international applicants will not be considered.
  • Must be able to commit to at least 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
  • Must have a reliable home office setup with strong/high-speed internet.
  • Must have a computer or laptop and a headset; Google Chromebooks are not accepted.
  • Must be confident handling objections and communicating effectively on the phone.
  • Experience in field or virtual sales appointment setting is required.
  • Qualified candidates should submit a resume and brief cover note describing their outbound appointment-setting experience.
