Description

  • Manage a team of 7 BDRs and provide leadership, coaching, and campaign feedback.
  • Build, test, measure, and iterate on multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct call reviews, objection-handling sessions, and scripting workshops.
  • Hire, screen, and onboard new representatives to help them reach their first booked meeting quickly.
  • Create and maintain playbooks for objection handling, onboarding, scripting, and product-specific training.
  • Own team performance reporting and act on KPIs such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities created.
  • Support CRM hygiene projects to improve BDR reporting accuracy.
  • Deliver weekly forecast rollups to leadership and proactively flag pipeline risks and blockers.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and marketing to align campaigns with business priorities such as new product launches, upsell efforts, and top accounts.
  • Design signal-based campaigns using intent data, news, announcements, and relationship history, and configure AI-powered BDR tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role within a marketing department, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Apollo or another outbound outreach tool is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking.
  • Experience working with other data sources such as Apollo, HubSpot, or event attendance tracking.
  • Ability to configure and oversee AI-powered BDR tools such as Apollo, Artisan Ava, or similar future tools.
