Description

  • Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments.
  • Follow provided scripts and processes to secure qualified appointments.
  • Log calls and prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain a strong conversion rate.
  • Work with individuals interested in estate and asset protection planning.
  • Coordinate with licensed sales agents by setting appointments for them.
  • Maintain steady weekly calling activity within defined calling windows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience.
  • Experience in field or virtual sales appointment setting.
  • Must reside and work in the United States.
  • Ability to work at least 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
  • Reliable home office setup with strong high-speed internet.
  • Laptop or high-speed computer and headset required; no Google Chromebooks.
  • Proven confidence handling objections and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work from warm leads and do outbound calling, not inbound customer service.
  • Must be willing to follow scripts and proven sales processes.
  • Preferred candidates are experienced appointment setters looking for remote full-time work.
