Description

  • Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments.
  • Follow proven scripts and processes to secure qualified appointments.
  • Log calls and prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Handle objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Work within designated calling windows while managing a flexible schedule.
  • Coordinate appointment-setting efforts for licensed sales agents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience.
  • Experience in field or virtual sales appointment setting.
  • Must reside and work in the United States.
  • Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week.
  • Reliable home office setup with a strong high-speed internet connection.
  • Laptop or similar high-speed computer required; no Google Chromebooks.
  • Headset required for calls.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
  • Experience with inbound or customer service calls alone is not sufficient.
  • Comfortable working full time in a remote outbound calling role.
