Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives across the assigned region.
  • Drive regional pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue execution for complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Act as a player-coach on key opportunities, supporting C-suite conversations, technical validation, procurement, and compliance processes.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline inspection, and CRM hygiene across the team.
  • Reinforce disciplined discovery, multi-threaded engagement, and enterprise deal strategy.
  • Partner with the Regional Vice President and executive leadership to improve quota attainment and deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success to support execution from first meeting through expansion.
  • Identify regional market opportunities and feed insights back into GTM strategy and enablement.
  • Support the team in selling secure, scalable AI solutions to large enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership or team lead roles.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with AI/ML, data infrastructure, or digital transformation preferred.
  • Experience closing and coaching $1M+ ACV enterprise deals.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience building teams in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Experience operating within a multi-region enterprise GTM structure is preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
