Description

  • Own the commercial strategy for the Health Plan vertical and drive market expansion across National and Regional Health Plans.
  • Identify, map, and penetrate target payer accounts to secure new logo acquisition and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead executive-level, consultative sales engagements with C-suite stakeholders and translate clinical capabilities into financial value.
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals, including RFP strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Clinical teams to structure and close complex commercial agreements.
  • Serve as the voice of the market by sharing payer insights with Product, Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management for the vertical to support year-over-year growth targets.
  • Represent Fuze Health at major industry conferences and act as a subject matter expert on at-home diagnostics and preventative screening trends.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience in Digital Health, Diagnostics, or Clinical Services.
  • An active, established network of decision-makers within National and Regional Health Plans.
  • Deep understanding of the payer economy, including Value-Based Care, HEDIS measures, Star Ratings, Risk Adjustment, and Population Health Management.
  • Proven success closing 7-figure+ Total Contract Value deals.
  • Comfort navigating long sales cycles of 9–18 months.
  • Experience structuring complex commercial agreements, including risk-sharing or outcomes-based pricing models.
  • Ability to lead dotted-line deal teams such as Solutions Engineers, Clinical experts, and Proposal writers without formal authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or MHA preferred.
