Description

  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performance sales team across EMEA.
  • Develop people through strategic coaching, feedback, and performance development.
  • Shape and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Track sales metrics, manage forecasts, and use CRM and analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Engage directly with high-value prospects and clients to understand needs and close solutions.
  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across the EMEA market.
  • Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and other teams to improve alignment and client experience.
  • Optimize sales operations and processes to help the team exceed targets.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-accountability team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams across EMEA.
  • Strong track record of sales management and leadership with consistent target overachievement.
  • Experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles and improving sales processes.
  • Proficiency with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools for decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market and client relationship building.
  • Preferred: Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS environment and selling to research professionals within the corporate market.
