Description

  • Own a portfolio of funded U.S. customers from onboarding through renewal, upsell, and re-engagement.
  • Guide customers through post-funding onboarding, including repayment schedules, account access, and support channels.
  • Monitor account health across the portfolio and proactively intervene when customers show signs of risk.
  • Re-activate dormant or churned customers through win-back campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage renewals and upsells such as top-ups, line of credit extensions, and refinancing into new products.
  • Triage customer escalations, resolve issues directly when possible, and route complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
  • Improve NPS and CSAT through proactive aftercare, problem solving, and customer testing of solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights with product development.
  • Work across internal systems and tools including HubSpot, Back Office, and Aircall.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial closing roles in B2B fintech, financial services, or e-commerce.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Excellent analytical ability with commercial and financial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Genuine interest in the high-growth e-commerce and fintech ecosystem.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple accounts at different stages.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and comfortable owning escalations and routing them appropriately.
  • Eligible to work in the USA without requiring visa sponsorship.
