Description

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to drive growth and increase service utilization.
  • Develop tailored account plans that support client goals and ROI metrics.
  • Plan and execute offsite meetings with clients to deepen relationships and co-create value.
  • Support sales efforts on renewals and negotiations to maintain high retention and reduce churn.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on social impact and partnership.
  • Deliver customized consultations and presentations that communicate the value of Visit.org’s offerings.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve account issues to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Supply, Content, Sales, Marketing, Events, and Product teams on client needs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion client needs internally and advocate for product enhancements when needed.
  • Contribute to best practices, operational procedures, and strategic initiatives for the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or another client-facing role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly in enterprise SaaS.
  • Ability to demonstrate value through customer stories, data, and unique insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused on overarching goals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand different processes and systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and build strong internal relationships.
  • Competence using Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Monday.com, and similar sales management and internal communication tools.
  • Strong client service orientation and a genuine desire to satisfy client needs.
  • Passion for Visit.org’s mission and using technology to make an impact.
  • Remote, Japan-based 20-hour/week contract position.
  • Must be available to work between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
