Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with customer executive teams through quarterly business reviews and ongoing relationship management.
  • Explain product value and return on investment to a range of hospital stakeholders, including CFOs and operational leaders.
  • Educate product managers on customer pain points and contribute feature ideas to the product roadmap.
  • Drive adoption of new product enhancements at customer sites and ensure customers are using the latest tools.
  • Advise customers on solving operational challenges in perioperative departments using software and best practices.
  • Build and run analytics to monitor customer operations and performance and help prevent issues before they arise.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within existing health systems.
  • Work with marketing to create case studies, customer videos, and conference presentations that showcase customer results.
  • Provide training on new features and address ad hoc customer needs as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role within the healthcare industry.
  • Thorough understanding of hospital operations.
  • Background in process improvement, software implementation, or customer-facing work at a high-growth software company.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives or other senior leadership professionals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams with dynamic deadlines.
  • Experience with data analysis using tools such as Excel or Tableau.
  • Ability to consistently work Central or East Coast hours and support customers across U.S. time zones.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
