Description

  • Identify and qualify businesses suited to Uncapped's working capital financing products.
  • Source leads through multi-channel outreach, including social selling, email, community-based prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and maintain strong deal flow visibility.
  • Design and implement creative outreach strategies with sales leaders.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the working capital funding market and competing options.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve sales systems, processes, scripts, and business practices.
  • Partner with an account executive on discovery calls and throughout the sales cycle.
  • Help create a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on customer impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Excitement for joining Uncapped and contributing to its growth.
  • Experience or interest in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Prior outreach experience through cold calling, fundraising, real estate, sports, internships, or campus programs is a plus.
  • A resourceful, self-directed mindset with the ability to figure things out and drive results.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to lead partnership-oriented conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an organized approach to thinking and working.
  • Knowledge of GSuite and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
