Description

  • Lead partner onboarding processes, optimize support workflows, and manage support ticket escalations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and internal inquiries about Twilio’s partner programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive partner engagement through events and certifications.
  • Maintain and update partner program documentation, guides, and enablement materials.
  • Develop and manage partner communications such as newsletters, webinars, and feedback surveys.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve the partner experience and program impact.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Develop and execute project plans for partner program initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Track project progress, facilitate stakeholder updates, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, customer success, or a similar role focused on partner engagement and program operations.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills for sharing complex information through newsletters, webinars, surveys, and other partner communications.
  • Experience with documentation management and content creation for program guides and enablement resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and contribute to strategic initiatives in partner or program environments.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of partner programs and partner experience best practices is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with partner or CRM technology stacks such as Impartner, MindTickle, Crossbeam, and Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in partner onboarding, support management, and partner-focused workflow development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners, is preferred.
  • Experience managing partner communications, tracking support tickets, and executing partner events is preferred.
