Description

  • Develop and manage executive- and field-level relationships across key Global Systems Integrator organizations.
  • Create and execute strategic partner business plans that drive Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Expand SpyCloud's footprint through partner resale motions, internal usage opportunities, and technology integrations.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute revenue-generating partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with Alliances, Federal, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive partner enablement activities to increase awareness and adoption of SpyCloud solutions.
  • Develop pipeline through partner-generated opportunities and joint account planning.
  • Maintain partner forecasts, pipeline reporting, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product and partnership strategy.
  • Represent SpyCloud at partner meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or alliance management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Global Systems Integrator (GSI) relationships.
  • Established relationships within at least two major GSIs.
  • Experience developing and executing successful partner sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and security ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and partner management tools.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and execute mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Not sponsoring visas at this time.

  • Base salary range of $124,000-$161,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of $206,000-$268,000, including variable commission.
