Description

  • Design new GTM capabilities and improve existing sales processes to increase productivity, data integrity, and customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary GTM stakeholder for company-wide system and business process transformations, including CRM migrations, tool integrations, and billing overhauls.
  • Define the GTM AI roadmap and identify GenAI requirements that automate manual work and provide predictive insights.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure process design supports clean reporting and strong data integrity.
  • Lead the definition of business requirements, process flows, and user stories for Enterprise Technology delivery.
  • Establish and run an intake and prioritization framework for field requests, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own the User Acceptance Testing framework and enforce the “Field-Ready” launch standard.
  • Manage prioritization of the GTM tech stack, balancing maintenance needs with innovation opportunities.
  • Design and lead Voice of the Field programs to gather feedback from sales, specialist, and partner teams.
  • Lead change management and launch strategy for new capabilities in partnership with Enablement.
  • Attract, develop, and manage a small team of Business Architects and Analysts.
  • Advise GTM and Enterprise Technology leaders and drive alignment across conflicting priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Business Systems, or Management Consulting.
  • At least 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools such as Clari, Gong, and Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to understand sales motions and design for productivity.
  • Experience identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases for revenue organizations.
  • Ability to build business cases, quantify success metrics, and drive adoption for AI initiatives.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences and translate vague business needs into precise requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive change, and build cross-functional alignment.
  • A driver mindset with the ability to identify friction and carry solutions through implementation.
  • Scale-oriented thinking with the ability to build for future growth, not just current needs.
  • Remote role with occasional travel for project or team in-person meetings.
  • Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
