Description

  • Serve as the primary operational resource for quote and order form creation.
  • Identify non-standard deal terms and escalate them to Finance or Legal according to the approval matrix.
  • Ensure adherence to quote-to-contract processes and policies, including escalation of new use cases outside the current approval matrix.
  • Support Sales in preparing pricing proposals aligned with approved pricing guidelines and discount policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, accounting, and services teams to develop, coordinate, and deliver compliant order forms and contracts.
  • Manage Deal Desk workflow and identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
  • Review post-sales documentation and ensure proper contract record retention.
  • Perform Salesforce enrichment, cleansing, and deduplication of records.
  • Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and complete for quoting and closed-won opportunities.
  • Perform, document, and provide feedback on UAT activities related to sales technology and business system enhancements.
  • Generate and distribute operational reports on quote volume, approval tracking, and turnaround times.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or CPQ administration.
  • Working knowledge of business unit sales organizations and field sales operating practices, including business analytics, contract analytics, pricing structures, sales tools, and basic training.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions.
  • Accountability and willingness to commit high effort to ensure success.
  • Proactive approach to finding answers and knowing when to ask for guidance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • High energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, with interest in a growing business (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation (preferred).
  • Comfort working with pricing data and discount policies (preferred).
  • CPQ experience preferred.
  • SaaS subscription billing knowledge preferred.
  • Successful completion of a fingerprint-based background check and compliance with FBI CJIS Security Policy required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances, including any customer-specific security verification requirements.
