Description

  • Own and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem, including Marketo and/or HubSpot, to support scalable growth and efficient campaign execution.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including build, QA, testing, segmentation, and deployment across email, nurture, and integrated programs.
  • Manage and optimize marketing technology integrations, including Salesforce and enrichment tools, to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Define and refine lead management processes, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and Sales handoff in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate strategy into campaigns and workflows.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Champion data quality, enrichment, and process improvements to improve segmentation, personalization, operational efficiency, and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Deep expertise in Marketo and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience building and optimizing workflows, nurture campaigns, lead scoring models, and lifecycle programs.
  • Strong lead scoring and lifecycle management experience, including MQL definitions, scoring models, and routing rules.
  • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce, MAPs, enrichment tools, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to document processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable workflows.
  • Self-sufficient, execution-oriented, and able to drive projects end-to-end independently.
  • Experience with enrichment and data quality tools such as Clay or 6sense.
  • Experience improving lead quality, segmentation, and campaign targeting through enrichment workflows.
