Description

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of account executives responsible for existing customer relationships.
  • Coach the team to develop and execute expansion strategies across Twilio’s full product portfolio.
  • Enable the team to engage effectively across different levels of customer maturity and segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services and Partner teams to help customers launch new use cases on the platform.
  • Forecast team performance and present guidance and updates to leadership.
  • Lead a team selling into Northern Europe within the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of managerial experience within a high-performing CPaaS, communications, or API-based company.
  • Experience building teams and managing monthly forecasting, fiscal planning, and revenue tracking for major accounts.
  • Experience managing a remote team spread across different countries.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Experience selling CPaaS or SaaS and managing complex sales negotiations.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, innovative, and curious problem solver.
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to drive results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional work in a high-growth business environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • MBA degree preferred.
