Description

  • Plan and implement sales strategies for the Spanish retail market.
  • Supervise the sales department to achieve volume sales targets.
  • Track market trends, economic indicators, competitors, and demand to adjust sales plans.
  • Work directly with retail chains to set commercial terms and conditions.
  • Conduct negotiations with retail partners.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.
  • Collaborate with the Production Department and the Quality Department.
  • Report to the Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position.
  • Strong experience managing subordinate teams and working with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with retail chains.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the market and private label market.
  • Strong independent and complex project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Very good verbal and written Spanish and English language skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
