Description

  • Own the pricing strategy for EXANTE’s wealth segment client book.
  • Segment the wealth book and design differentiated propositions for each client segment.
  • Run continuous competitive benchmarking against peers in the wealth segment.
  • Identify profitable client segments and work with trading and product desks on product development.
  • Review and optimize the economics of serving the wealth segment.
  • Use data-driven analysis to improve lifetime value, churn, and pricing experimentation in partnership with Technology.
  • Work closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology.
  • Take full accountability for the wealth segment P&L.
  • Expand the remit to additional EXANTE client segments once wealth performance is established.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial product roles at a brokerage, exchange, neobank, or fintech serving wealth, premium, or retail segments.
  • Direct experience optimizing the economics of a trading or investment client book.
  • Strong quantitative skills in pricing analytics, segmentation, experimentation, and customer-economics modeling.
  • Demonstrable track record of measurable commercial uplift through pricing, segmentation, product, or cost changes.
  • Working knowledge of MiFID II and equivalent retail-conduct regimes, including FCA Consumer Duty.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Commercial, hands-on approach with comfort operating in a lean team and owning a P&L.
  • Experience in the wealth, premium, or retail segments is preferred.
