Description

  • Design and execute enterprise sales strategy for the region, with a focus on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise and Expansion Account Executives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and the Innovation Center.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with CTOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders at strategic accounts.
  • Develop account-specific growth plans aligned to New Relic’s roadmap and customer business outcomes.
  • Forecast and drive key consumption metrics such as data ingest and user growth.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and deliver weekly regional forecasts to global leadership.
  • Translate business goals into actionable territories and account plans for large, complex organizations.
  • Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to improve customer success and retention.
  • Drive deep platform adoption and maximize consumption-based revenue across the region.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier sales talent in Asia.
  • Experience managing a pan-India portfolio and understanding the business nuances of Singapore, Thailand, and South Korea.
  • Deep interest in observability, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to align technical solution details with business value discussions.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-based billing models.
  • Ability to identify expansion opportunities within satisfied enterprise accounts.
  • Strong leadership experience in the India technology market, especially in the enterprise segment.
  • Comfort working in complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
