Description

  • Prospect, solution sell, and close new business opportunities across the Twilio platform.
  • Own new customer acquisition and manage the assigned iACV quota.
  • Lead analytical and consultative sales cycles for enterprise accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Work with customers to understand business and technical requirements for complex deals.
  • Partner with Specialist Sales, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to develop new solutions and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations to design mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deals while maintaining performance across shifting priorities.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to product and carrier relations teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 12 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Proven track record selling and closing in the cloud communications and customer data platform market, with emphasis on multi-product adoption.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or data platforms beyond transactional sales into strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and a total account relationship strategy to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Strong consultative technical solution selling skills, including deep discovery and translating customer pain points into integrated SaaS and API solutions.
  • Comfortable working with both business and highly technical leaders and explaining how integrated data and AI create business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define process and build programs.
  • Record of delivering market-driven results for scale and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep experience in CPaaS, data platforms, or global communications platforms is preferred.
  • Domain expertise in a highly quantitative industry such as retail, eCommerce, DevOps, fintech, insurance, advertising optimization, banking, or security is preferred.
  • Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience is preferred.
  • Remote role based in Singapore.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
