Description

  • Track marketing performance across paid search, organic and local search, email/SMS, referrals, and other channels.
  • Connect marketing activity to leads, quotes, sales, revenue, conversion, CAC, CPL, and ROI.
  • Investigate performance changes and identify issues involving strategy, execution, tracking, lead routing, follow-up, agencies, or market conditions.
  • Translate data into recommendations, owners, action steps, and success criteria.
  • Identify profitable acquisition opportunities and manage testing across budgets, keywords, landing pages, local search, lead reactivation, CRM, and follow-up.
  • Direct and evaluate agencies, vendors, and internal specialists across paid media, SEO, CRM, websites, creative, automation, and analytics.
  • Own marketing priorities, project tracking, KPI dashboards, campaign calendars, testing backlogs, deliverables, SOPs, and quality controls.
  • Coordinate Marketing, Sales, Operations, leadership, specialists, and external agencies.
  • Improve lead attribution, routing, conversion paths, website forms, call tracking, and marketing automation.
  • Report directly to the President/General Manager and establish weekly performance reporting and executive communication.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC, SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lead routing, call tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of conversion-rate optimization, landing pages, websites, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors and evaluating execution quality.
  • Experience with multi-market or local service businesses preferred.
  • Experience developing SOPs, training materials, quality-control processes, and testing roadmaps preferred.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, highly organized, technically credible, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
  • Able to prioritize, investigate root causes, communicate clearly with executives and vendors, coach others, accept feedback, and take accountability for outcomes.
