Description

  • Build and scale always-on demand generation programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across ABM, paid media, content, webinars, events, partnerships, email, and SEO.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives including self-serve onboarding, trial sign-ups, usage-based growth, and free-to-paid conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning and messaging for Truv’s market and buyer needs.
  • Align marketing with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve funnel performance from awareness to revenue.
  • Track and optimize core funnel and performance metrics such as MQLs, PQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across demand generation, product marketing, content, and growth engineering.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast pipeline impact, and report results to executive leadership.
  • Create and improve marketing tooling, automations, and experiments to support growth initiatives.
  • Support SDR/BDR alignment and broader go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including leading demand generation and PLG initiatives.
  • Experience carrying a quota and/or coming from a BDR or Sales background.
  • Proven success scaling marketing from early-stage inbound pipeline to enterprise and self-serve revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with PLG playbooks, usage-based models, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.
  • Deep experience with marketing technology including HubSpot, Clay, analytics dashboards, and scoring/automation tools.
  • Comfort writing code to build marketing tooling, automations, and experiments, with working knowledge of GitHub.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven funnel optimization and attribution modeling.
  • Exceptional leadership experience building cross-functional teams and enabling SDR/BDR alignment.
  • Experience marketing fintech or verification solutions to financial institutions or lending verticals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance and income-verification regulations such as DU/AIM is a plus.
