Description

  • Own and lead the client’s business within the agency.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
  • Lead agency teams in annual brand planning.
  • Build and support a strategically focused client/agency team.
  • Direct and coach Account Directors, Account Supervisors, and Senior Account Executives.
  • Manage account financial performance, including productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce creative work.
  • Manage timelines, cost efficiencies, and internal operating procedures with Project Management.
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent the agency’s vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
  • Experience marketing to HCPs, affiliated medical professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Experience leading integrated agency teams in brand planning, budget development, execution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple clients and account teams.
  • Active participation in new business initiatives, including planning and pitch presentations.
  • Proven success identifying opportunities and securing organic client growth.
  • Hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • Rare disease experience highly preferred.
  • Brand launch experience required; prelaunch market-shaping disease state education preferred.
  • Experience developing and leading multi-channel marketing plans and initiatives required.
  • Ability to travel based on client business needs.
  • BA/BS degree required.
