Description

  • Prospect, research, contact, meet with, and qualify potential clients in the Omaha/Lincoln market and through personal contacts.
  • Develop new business by leveraging the company brand to create demand and close opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts and ongoing client relationships after the initial sale to become a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with solution delivery teams to grow client relationships and expand the value of Trility’s services.
  • Work with technical experts to gather business needs and prepare proposals and customized statements of work.
  • Close customized solution contracts and support the sales process from discovery through final agreement.
  • Proactively bring recommendations and solution ideas to clients to improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners for mutual account growth and bi-directional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity, prospect, and client information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored sales presentations, collateral, and local brand-building campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 25 miles of Omaha, NE.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling professional services to enterprise and upper mid-market customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Experience working in a team sales environment and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends such as GenAI, Cloud, ML, IoT, and DevOps is preferred.
  • Ability to research, qualify, and manage prospects and client relationships effectively.
  • Strong CRM discipline for maintaining up-to-date client and activity records.
  • Experience developing sales presentations, collateral, or marketing-supported sales materials is preferred.
