Description

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product suite.
  • Re-engage existing MSP customers, especially low-engagement accounts, and build stronger relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans with regular outreach, check-ins, and business reviews.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and improve engagement.
  • Own revenue targets and drive expansion within the account base to support short- and long-term growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain forecasting and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales managing or working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on account growth and expansion.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
