Description

  • Prospect, research, contact, meet with, and qualify potential clients in the Des Moines market and personal network.
  • Develop new business opportunities by creating demand and leveraging the company brand.
  • Manage ongoing client accounts and relationships after the initial sale.
  • Work with solution delivery teams to grow and strengthen client relationships.
  • Partner with technical experts to assess client needs and prepare proposals and SOW contracts.
  • Close customized solution contracts and support the sales process from discovery through signature.
  • Introduce ideas and solutions that improve client business performance.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners to support strategic account growth and mutual sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity, prospect, and client records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create customized sales presentations, collateral, and local brand-building campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 25 miles of Des Moines, IA.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling professional services to enterprise and upper mid-market customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Experience working in a team sales environment.
  • Ability to learn and speak to current technology trends such as GenAI, Cloud, ML, IoT, and DevOps.
  • Experience managing client relationships beyond the initial sale.
  • Experience developing proposals and closing customized consulting or SOW contracts.
