Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting into legal and adjacent-market accounts.
  • Identify target accounts and execute cold-calling, targeted email outreach, and personalized follow-up.
  • Prospect and engage legal buyers including attorneys, partners, paralegals, general counsel, litigation support teams, and risk teams.
  • Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, product demos, negotiation, handoff, and close.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records in HubSpot to support forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Build trust with sophisticated buyers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify opportunities in related industries such as insurance carriers, academia, fintech, and other organizations that benefit from legal intelligence and court data.

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling into the legal industry, legaltech, law firms, corporate legal departments, or other legal buyers.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, cold-calling, and building pipeline from net-new accounts.
  • Ability to confidently engage with legal professionals, understand their workflows, and communicate value in a credible, consultative way.
  • Experience owning sales opportunities from prospecting through close in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience selling to attorneys, general counsel, law firm partners, paralegals, litigation teams, or risk/compliance stakeholders (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools, with strong habits around activity tracking and pipeline management (preferred).
  • Experience prospecting into adjacent industries such as insurance carriers, academia, fintech, or enterprise legal departments (preferred).
  • Background in a startup or high-growth environment where sales reps are expected to be proactive, resourceful, and highly accountable (preferred).
