Description

  • Own the West London territory and build a consistent pipeline of restaurant and hospitality prospects.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, walk-ins, networking, and industry events.
  • Run the full sales cycle, including discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, operators, and general managers.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding experience after the sale.
  • Represent Popmenu at industry events and client meetings across West London.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota-carrying track record.
  • Experience progressing from an SDR or BDR role into a closing position is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment where you build your own pipeline.
  • Experience in SaaS or hospitality technology is a strong plus.
  • A strong local network in the London restaurant and hospitality scene is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to work without a detailed playbook.
  • Gritty and coachable, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Popmenu's product and mission to help restaurants thrive.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings regularly in West London; living there is not required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of £55,000.
  • On-target earnings of £90,000.
  • 28 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays.
