Description

  • Identify, research, and qualify new prospects.
  • Reach out to leads via email, text, and calls.
  • Follow up with lost leads from previous campaigns to maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM consistently, including all interactions, tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through demos and closing.
  • Execute sales strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership on feedback and process improvements.
  • Use AI tools and CRM automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support additional sales-related tasks such as reporting and campaign follow-up.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership or other teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales pipeline management, preferably full-cycle sales.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT for automation and productivity.
  • Adaptable to multiple CRM platforms, including HubSpot and Pipedrive.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week in a PST schedule.
  • Experience with integration tools and automation is preferred.
