Description

  • Lead a regional field sales team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across a defined territory.
  • Drive performance against unit sales, revenue, employee engagement (eNPS), and customer satisfaction (cNPS).
  • Hire, onboard, coach, support, and manage the performance of team members.
  • Develop and execute a retail marketing strategy that drives acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Own full-funnel performance from lead generation through conversion and retention in partnership with Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Build operating models, analytics capabilities, measurement frameworks, and data infrastructure to improve funnel performance and forecasting.
  • Champion multi-channel marketing programs, including digital advertising, organic content, email, field/partner programs, and local campaigns.
  • Partner with the Retail Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders to architect unified go-to-market programs.
  • Work with the broader Marketing organization to leverage shared brand, funnel, and data infrastructure for performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly leading managers of quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and how to apply them in dynamic environments.
  • Commitment to frontline enablement, attention to detail, and a passion for team success.
  • Experience building and scaling sales in emerging markets or with new product categories.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of fostering a results-driven, inclusive, and team-oriented culture.
  • Experience managing sales funnels and using data to drive operational excellence.
  • Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus.

Benefits

  • Total Targeted Cash compensation of $273,000 to $437,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Bonus eligibility included in total targeted cash compensation.
  • Benefits included as part of the total rewards package.
