Description

  • Provide thought leadership and advisory support to client data leaders across strategic accounts.
  • Conduct client platform, organization, and practice reviews and recommend improvements, solutions, and roadmaps.
  • Lead technology strategy for data and insights transformation agendas across technology, organization, and process dimensions.
  • Create detailed technology solutions for complex and first-of-a-kind initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by presenting Tiger Analytics capabilities to prospects and developing solutions and proposals.
  • Recruit and help fill key client technology roles.
  • Mentor engineering talent and manage architect resources across different levels.
  • Create thought leadership content for go-to-market offerings, including reference architectures, methods, and practices.
  • Interview candidates and help evolve hiring practices.
  • Work with offshore counterparts on solutions, training, and capability development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting leadership roles.
  • Experience developing solution architecture for large enterprises and transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with traditional and modern data platforms, including NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with cloud data platform services across Azure and Databricks.
  • Experience with data processing tools and frameworks, including batch ETL, real-time streaming, and IoT architectures.
  • Experience with Big Data, Data Fabric, and Data Mesh architectures.
  • Experience with federated and centralized data management practices, including data governance.
  • Experience with industry-leading data management platforms.
  • Experience establishing data governance, data catalogs, and data security practices.
  • Experience with MLOps processes, platforms, and organizational implications.
  • Experience with ML models and the modeling lifecycle.
  • Experience with data warehousing, BI lifecycle, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of knowledge graphs and graph technologies.
