Description

  • Support client technology onboarding and setup, including email creation, phone number provisioning, CRM configuration, pipeline access, and third-party tool integration.
  • Manage ongoing client administration to keep systems, access, and data current and accurate throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Coordinate third-party vendor relationships, including account setup, renewals, issue escalation, and day-to-day communication.
  • Build and maintain Airtable back-end integrations that support internal tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Execute list scrubs and data hygiene processes to improve targeting accuracy and campaign readiness.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to support research, content formatting, data cleanup, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager on process automation initiatives and help implement scalable solutions.
  • Create, document, and execute SOPs across client setup, tech onboarding, and ongoing operations.
  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials, process documentation, and internal data resources.
  • Deliver new hire training on internal systems, client setup procedures, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Airtable or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in operations, admin coordination, or sales/revenue operations environments.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to support day-to-day workflow.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for repetitive, detail-heavy admin work.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently while flagging issues early.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, tabs, and workflows simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment where priorities shift.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote role based in Canada.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
