Description

  • Partner with the omnichannel lead to analyze retail sales across retail partners and distributors on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient inventory at fulfillment centers to meet demand.
  • Manage monthly demand reforecasting processes.
  • Maintain a demand planning model based on sales trends and expected future activity.
  • Project inventory needs, sales mix trends, and the expected impact on gross margin.
  • Track and analyze input costs to explain gross margin changes across the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance.
  • Work with Finance and the omnichannel lead to size and model new business opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of long-term strategic plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, agile environment with frequent new opportunities and projects.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Preferred: uses technology to improve processes and thinks creatively to enhance current practices.
