Description

  • Lead the annual budget process across all channels and departments.
  • Own the monthly forecast process and identify forecast opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Drive AI-enabled transformation across the FP&A function by building automated workflows, agent-based solutions, and always-on reporting tools.
  • Develop partnerships with business leaders to understand operational drivers and deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Partner with Business Development on financial modeling and analysis for new business opportunities.
  • Support fleet management decisions with financial analysis, including ROIC analysis on capital investments.
  • Use technology to evaluate and extract data that supports decision-making.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Manage financial planning and reporting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Influence leadership decisions and drive tangible business outcomes through analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience.
  • Hands-on AI experience applied to finance workflows, including automated reporting pipelines, agent-based tools, or custom solutions that replace manual FP&A processes.
  • Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts clearly for non-financial audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Direct FP&A experience in an omnichannel retail environment supporting both store and ecommerce P&Ls.
  • Experience building complex financial models from scratch and analyzing ambiguous business problems.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams with strong workflow management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including leading group meetings and presenting to senior leadership.
