Description

  • Maintain a comprehensive net worth and liquidity dashboard across personal and investment entities.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast future needs, and identify opportunities to optimize liquidity and capital deployment.
  • Track performance of existing investments and flag risks, trends, and rebalancing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with tax, legal, wealth, lending, and accounting advisors to gather inputs and align on strategy.
  • Prepare monthly personal financial summaries and support cash-flow planning for major financial decisions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities across industries.
  • Screen potential deals and develop investment memos with thesis, risks, and recommendations.
  • Lead diligence workstreams, manage data rooms, and coordinate documentation across all parties.
  • Construct financial models and underwriting analyses, including LBOs, working capital, debt service, and sensitivity cases.
  • Underwrite real estate investments and support post-close value creation, reporting, and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, management consulting, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Exceptional financial modeling ability, including LBOs, sensitivity analyses, working-capital forecasting, debt-service modeling, and multi-scenario planning.
  • Ability to build models from scratch without templates.
  • Experience supporting or leading transactions, including sourcing, deal screening, due diligence, data-room organization, and cross-party coordination.
  • Exposure to real estate underwriting, including multifamily, mixed-use, or operating-business real estate.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial automation tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, decision-ready memos and summaries.
  • High discretion and professional integrity when handling confidential financial information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments with strong judgment and independent decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, plus comfort working with lenders, investors, attorneys, accountants, sellers, and advisors.
  • Curiosity and a builder’s mindset focused on improving systems, templates, models, and processes.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation and interest in long-term wealth creation.
