Description

  • Prepare and post journal entries based on monthly financial activity.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Support month-end close processes and financial reporting activities.
  • Assist with financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Maintain and update general ledger records.
  • Support cash management activities.
  • Oversee company credit card transactions and ensure accurate coding.
  • Track and verify receipts and follow up on missing or incorrect expense submissions.
  • Perform daily data processing tasks, including downloading, organizing, and uploading reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and support data tagging, GL coding, reporting, and data validation.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and participate in process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Experience with financial reporting under US GAAP.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or another ERP system.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Ramp or a similar expense management platform is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Experience in multi-unit or retail business environments is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time position.
  • $1,800 - $2,100 per month.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.
