Description

  • Run discovery calls and product presentations with qualified leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue in the CRM.
  • Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth post-sale client handoff.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage client relationships to help maximize client retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Represent The Growth Center professionally and credibly in the B2B marketplace.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, account executive, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS/services industry and sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers.
  • Experience working with SDRs or lead generation teams to close qualified opportunities.
  • Experience communicating with clients and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude, with high emotional intelligence and a competitive mindset.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new sales tools.
