Description

  • Own the full 360-degree sales cycle from prospecting and interest generation through closing complex enterprise agreements.
  • Proactively source and close net new logos within the assigned sales territory.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies based on market and sales insight.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of self-sourced opportunities and inbound marketing leads.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and develop growth initiatives and contingency plans.
  • Consistently meet activity KPIs and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven new logo hunting sales experience in an enterprise B2B environment.
  • A track record of winning new business contracts and driving revenue through a full sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify complex client challenges and collaboratively develop actionable solutions.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex ideas and products to senior executive audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to set priorities and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft is desirable but not required.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement.
