Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business clients across multiple industries.
  • Execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns to complement phone outreach efforts.
  • Follow up on email responses to nurture leads and secure confirmed appointments.
  • Use Apollo CRM to manage lead records, outreach activities, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing interest, urgency, and fit before scheduling appointments.
  • Engage decision-makers such as Safety, HR, and Risk Managers in labor-intensive sectors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, performance metrics, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and team leaders to support smooth lead handoffs.
  • Share prospect insights with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and performance.
  • Participate in training, reviews, and feedback sessions to continuously improve results.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimal accent preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume cold calling and rejection professionally.
  • Experience using Apollo or a similar CRM tool is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • Must have relevant and verifiable work experience.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on during working hours.
  • Must have no other clients during the required working hours.
  • Ability to provide NBI Clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 15 Mbps is required.
  • Noise-canceling headset and webcam are required.
  • Must work from a quiet, professional environment.
