Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Project Management and Business Analyst teams.
  • Lead day-to-day Professional Services operations, delivery standards, methodologies, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Oversee client implementations and engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, estimation, tracking, and delivery of Client Change Requests.
  • Own discovery processes and ensure accurate, actionable requirements and high-quality Business Requirements Documents.
  • Review and approve BRDs and maintain traceability from client needs through delivered outcomes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, client issues, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Support on priorities, feasibility, timelines, and expectations.
  • Drive improvements to Professional Services tools, processes, discovery frameworks, estimation practices, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in professional services, client delivery, or project management leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the life and annuity insurance industry, preferably including executive benefits.
  • Experience managing Business Analysts and/or project teams.
  • Experience leading delivery teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, discovery facilitation, and BRD authorship.
  • Strong background in estimation, scoping, and coordination with product and release management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior client contacts.
  • Ability to engage technical teams on system architecture and implementation feasibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, GitHub, AI-enabled productivity tools, and delivery methodology improvements is preferred; willingness to travel occasionally is also preferred.
