Description

  • Oversee partner-led implementations from solution design through go-live, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and contingency plans.
  • Provide delivery status reporting, escalate risks early, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Hold partners and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments and accurate project data.
  • Enable SI partners on Bloomreach delivery processes, best practices, and technical capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to develop managed services that improve adoption, outcomes, and platform ROI.
  • Build long-term partner relationships and serve as a trusted internal advocate.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Professional Services teams.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, commercial, and partner-performance records for forecasting, billing, and governance.
  • Analyze delivery and benchmarking data to improve partner performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role working with partners or within a system integrator agency.
  • Strong project management experience, including agile methodologies and supporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency or service quality.
  • Experience enabling stakeholders on processes and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Native or professional fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe.
  • 2–3+ years of consulting or customer success experience in SaaS preferred, ideally in e-commerce, marketing automation, or data-driven sectors.
  • Ability to interpret benchmarking data and translate it into actionable stakeholder insights preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, MCP, data ingestion methods, marketing automation, or additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian preferred.
