Description

  • Provide planning, leadership, direction, and oversight for major programs, system development efforts, and technology initiatives.
  • Manage complex, multi-year programs comprising multiple subprograms, projects, and tasks.
  • Define program structures, objectives, priorities, and organizational approaches.
  • Develop and direct short- and long-range program execution plans.
  • Formulate and guide technical approaches and overall program strategy.
  • Coordinate with agency personnel to secure personnel, funding, equipment, and other resources.
  • Establish and manage technical milestones, performance objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and control program budgets, costs, performance, resources, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate activities across teams and subprograms to maintain alignment with program objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for successful program execution and lifecycle performance.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-year programs.
  • Experience supporting systems development, research, or technology initiatives.
  • Ability to manage program schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and performance.
  • Experience coordinating resources and stakeholders in agency or government environments.
  • Experience with lifecycle support, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, or repair.
  • Experience applying data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, logistics, or operations research to complex systems.
