Description

  • Lead and track strategic and operational programs to improve revenue and customer health outcomes across Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnerships.
  • Optimize sales and customer success processes through automation, technology, and stronger data integrity across systems.
  • Configure and manage business tools to support efficient team workflows and process improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to implement new processes and refine existing ones across revenue functions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Use data analytics to identify customer behavior trends, success metrics, and actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute customer success strategy aligned to company goals.
  • Analyze customer journeys and pain points to improve engagement and reduce risk.
  • Create workflows and early-warning indicators for at-risk accounts so teams can act proactively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or customer operations role, with SaaS experience as a plus.
  • Experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams to meet customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and customer success platforms such as ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for designing scalable, repeatable processes and programs.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, startup-like environments with self-direction and initiative.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to protect confidential information in a growing company.
