Description

  • Review current and upcoming client engagements to identify aligned candidate profiles.
  • Support client searches across software engineering, product management, cloud engineering, solutions architecture, AI and automation, and technology leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology, engineering, and product professionals for future opportunities.
  • Engage qualified candidates in introductory conversations about their background, achievements, and career interests.
  • Match candidates to roles based on experience, organizational culture, geographic preferences, leadership level, and compensation expectations.
  • Connect candidates with client opportunities as new engagements become available.
  • Retain candidate profiles for consideration in future confidential searches.

Requirements

  • Recent technology, engineering, or product experience directly within a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
  • Experience in software engineering, product management, cloud engineering, solutions architecture, technology delivery, AI & automation, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience supporting contact center technology, customer experience platforms, omnichannel customer experience, CRM platforms, or workforce optimization technologies is highly valued.
  • Experience with enterprise customer experience organizations, global delivery models, or technology platforms serving contact center operations is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, GitHub, Jenkins, REST APIs, and microservices is frequently recruited for.
  • Experience with CX technologies such as Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Salesforce, Service Cloud, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Verint, Calabrio, Twilio, Cisco, Avaya, CRM, CCaaS, and conversational AI is frequently recruited for.
